Alex is an affiliate at IAPS, co-founder of the AI Safety Communications Centre, and an independent AI governance researcher. He previously worked at the Centre for the Governance of AI and ran AI safety workshops. Alex received his Masters in Economics from the University of Zurich and a BA in international affairs from The George Washington University.
