Christian Chung

Christian is a Ph.D. student in Princeton University's School of Public and International Affairs. His research focuses on international security and emerging technologies, specifically the impact of advanced AI on military strategy, strategic stability, and deterrence. Christian has previously researched AI international governance issues, exploring frameworks for global AI cooperation and risk mitigation. He brings over a decade of experience as a U.S. Government foreign affairs analyst, specializing in complex security issues in the Middle East. Christian holds BSFS and MA degrees from Georgetown University and is a graduate of the Defense Language Institute. He currently serves in the U.S. Navy Reserve as an Intelligence Officer, and enjoys cycling, recreational flying, running, and reading history in his free time.
