Chris is an experienced public policy professional with experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure protection, risk management, and emergency management. He currently works as a contracted strategy and policy advisor at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). Previously, Chris served as Policy Director for Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security in the City of Los Angeles Mayor's Office. He has also worked at San Diego County's Office of Emergency Services, the University of Southern California's (USC) Center for Risk and Economic Analysis of Threats and Emergencies (CREATE), and as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). Chris holds a Master's in Public Administration from USC and a Bachelor's in Clinical Exercise Science from Ithaca College.
