Romeo is a final-year concurrent master's student in Computer Science at Harvard. He was an Astra Fellow at Constellation for 6 months where he developed AI forecasts, focusing on the AI chip industry, government intervention, and international coordination, with an emphasis on security and race dynamics. At Harvard’s AISST (AI Safety Student Team), Romeo leads a weekly technical reading group as well as an introductory fellowship. Later in the year, he will join the board of AISST as the AI Career and Strategy Lead. Before starting at IAPS, Romeo is continuing forecasting work as a visiting fellow at Constellation.
