Ulysse is doing China and international cooperation work as part of the fellowship. He is a Consultant with the Science, Technology and International Security Unit at the UN Office for Disarmament Affairs (UNODA), focusing on AI governance in the military domain. He is also a Master’s Candidate in International Security and International Relations at Sciences Po and Peking University. His research interests lie at the intersection of emerging technologies, international security, and China’s foreign policy.
